There is a door that needs a bit of repair. On the door are the letters:

CANT EN

What is behind the door?

And no, it isn't a restaurant...

Could be that outside is behind the door, because you are inside and that is (or isn't) an exit. The part that needs fixed is the sign saying "CANT EN" meaning "CANT ENTER".

Think you've all got it now...

The door needs fixing, as the sign that indicates if the toilet is free or not is stuck partially on vacant, partially on engaged.
