Any place I can learn this from? Is this included in Daryl's Encyclopedia of Card Sleights? Is there a place online I may learn this from? And what about snap change?

IIRC, the Bertram change is on one of Daryl's videos (for some reason I want to say vol. 8 - but don't quote me on that as I haven't looked in a while).
