I was going through my magic books and came across this volume, "Walter Gibson's On Houdini Escapes". It cover 80 escapes by Houdini (based on his notes given to Gibson from Houdini). All kinds of escapes are covered; rope; chain; box ect. This book is nearly 40 years old. Is this a good source. Any comments?

I like it for the history and insight that he gives, but I think it is no good as far as explainations.
