I'll second Joes Material......The effect I've gotten the most milege out of is the JoDan Link. It has the visual nature of linking rings with the practical handling ease of the crazy mans handcuffs...if you have a chance to actually hang with him, jump at it.....lol Hes an awesome all around magician.

PS if you don't already own Elastrix 2 get it, also don't forget to pick up his new DVD thru L&L

the (slo- mo unlink )this is a amazing effect the bands seem to melt right thru one another in slo motion.......

Joe's DVD has a lot of great stuff - yes I like Jo Dan Link but my favourite is Bermuda Triangle and ones and two's so you go from 3 to 2 to 1... lot's of interesting stuff that will give you an insight into what's still to come... eg. some very good lateral thought and disguise...

Jeff's got some excellent rubber band effects, if you get a chance get his e-book there are a few on there.

I don't know if it is me, but I am coming to the point that the "latest" anything doesn't make it worth checking out. I have a lot of the "latest" magic items that are now sitting on the "latest" shelving I have had to buy where they sit on that shelf unused.

I am finding that the classics (which of course where the "latest") at one point, hold as much merit as the new stuff.

Now with that off my chest... Jeff's band effects in "The King has left the building..." are worth checking out!
