I just tried a search but didn't come up with much, but I'm looking for a small quality folding table that has a close-up pad attatched to the top that is easy to carry and ideal for close-up, table hopping, and/or street performances. Anyone know if such a thing exists or anything that's pretty close? Any help is greatly appreciated thanks!

Make a simple top, and add the pad of your choice. It will be less prone to wobble than a tripod type base. I use both, but use the tray stand more and more. Great for cups, dice stacking, multiplying bottles. Things that require a more sturdy surface.

Yes. Make one. Get a tripod from a music store or similar and mount a top. Put close up pad in a picture frame or just attach w/velcro. Good luck.
