I have only been learning magic for about 2 months so far. Yet all my life I have loved watching it, so now at 34 I have decided to learn. Now we will see if you can teach a old dog new tricks!?
I am not sure if this is the right place to ask for some guidence. I am learning card tricks mainly. I am looking for tricks that doesn't require me carrying around a loads of gaff stuff. I have the ellionist street magic dvd, and the ACR dvd. I would really appreicate some advise on some striking effects, away from cards maybe. to get an ewwww from whoever is watching? This forum looks great, with a lot of advise. Thank you in advance Steve
I do look forward to the day when you post something constructive.

Just curious to know where you're from, Steve. I've been doing magic for about 11 years seriously, and it's the best hobby in the world.
