Could it possibly be my No-Gimmick Scotch and Soda routine?
It appeared in my Showtime column in the Linking Ring magazine some years back and I have offered it -- and still do -- free to anyone here who is interested. Just e-mail me. |

John Scarne's no-gimmick copper/silver appears in Stars of Magic. Get the book. It's a good one.

If you can let go of the non-gimmick attitude I would like to recommend Dan Watsons Coinvanish Manuscript. It has a C/S transposition that I instantly put in my repertoire. It is based on an existing idea from David Roth but adds a second phase that is clever, economical and pretty sneaky leaving examinable coins in the hands of a spectator.
VERY clever Dan!

Mr. Marrucci-
I am very interested in your Scotch and Soda routine. I have the gimmicked coin set, but never found a good routine for it. Thus, it sits in my drawer. My email is haasman04@yahoo.com Send me your routine when you get a chance. Thanks in advance, Chris |

I just saw the new version of scotch and soda... (vodka and O.J.) with 2 american coins being the new dollar coin and a quarter... way cool. No more foreign coin to explain.

Peter Marucci's is very very good. There's one I saw on http://www.allmagicguide.com a few days ago, with a penny and dime. Just thought I'd tell ya' that.

Hi,
Check out Michael Ammar's "Easy to Master Money Miracles". In Vol.2, it explains a nice and easy Copper/Silver Transpo with regular coins. Hope that helps. Eric.

For a no-gaff Copper Silver try Ken Krenzel's "Pocket Passport" from the Stephan Minch book "Ingenuities"; this is Krenzel's handling of Dr. Sack's "Silver-Copper" from Elliot's "The Best in Magic".
