I'm in the process of making a new style of packet trick wallet.
What I like about it is that it looks nothing like a packet trick wallet. It's very flat, has 3 compartments and does not use credit card slots or anything similar. It is a classy looking leather case that can be used to organize different things and a packet trick is just one possibility. You can keep IT props, Haunted Pack Card, Packet Tricks, Stranger Cards, DF, DB, 3.5 of clubs, a couple coins, etc. The compartments are larger than a card for easy access and to allow the storage of small envelopes, or anything. I think it will be quite versatile, and very nice looking. Best of all it will just look like an interesting gentleman's leather case. I will post some pix when it's ready. I hope you like it.

Very nice! I think black gator looks great as long at the price is reasonable. If the materials cost a lot to make the wallet you will have to charge us poor magicians a bit more. I'll check your website periodically to see when this item is posted. I'd love to purchase a wallet of this type since my current packet trick wallet is the common plastic one.

I asked the gator. He said it shouldn't be any more.

Frank, put me down for one as well - particularly if one of the compartments has an opaque side.

Just remember that it will not be a packet wallet per se.
It will be able to organize several packets of cards, no problem as it has several compartments. I really don't like the look of packet trick wallets because they look too.... "specialized", I guess is the word. And they're really only good for one thing. I wanted something classy and interesting looking, but not suspicious. And something that could be used for multiple purposes. I use mine to hold a haunted pack card, a Va. City Shuffle packet trick, and gaffed cards (DB, DF, etc.). That's it. But you could even drop a tiny neo magnet in one of the compartments and use it in many ways. ETC. Update: Sept 15 2005 Ok. I finally got some time to post a few pix of the wallet I use. http://www.theambitiouscard.com/wallets/samples.pl It has several features that are not quite apparent from looking, such as a secret inside pocket, and an idea bill duncan gave me. My original does not have that. I carry a number of gaffs in one pocket, a packet trick in another pocket. The third pocket is usually empty. If you have any questions, you can PM me.

$45.
I only have 6 at that price. The next batch may be the same or more. I just can't be sure yet. If you want specifics on functional merits, there's a thread in the "where to put it all" forum or you can PM me. Thanks for asking. If you're intersted, you can PM me for details.
