While staring at my broken plastic wand I got from my Cups and Balls set I thought up a little comedy idea for us who can't afford a nice wand. Take a stip of paper 1 inch long and 3 inches long just to be safe, wrap it around your finger and tape it so its tight but not to tight that you can't slip it off. Stick it on your index finger and you've got a wand, this might work for comedy of us poor people
How to introduce your wand. If you can get a cheap plastic wand (the hollow kind). Break it in the center. You can rig it up so it breaks at your command, just think string pulling inside a tube and I'm sure you'll get it. Comments? I just thought it up and haven't tried it out, an inventer only sees the positive things in her/his creation.

I don't mean to be negative but I think this sounds very similar to the inexpensive collapsing wand you can buy at most magic shops. In addition, I don't think it is too funny to have a wand the size of your finger which is over your finger. Now, a HUGE wand is funny and so is the collapsing wand. It is great you are sharing your ideas and I don't mean to hurt your feelings. I'm just offering my opinion and trying to help. I did a kids show and used a bannana as a magic wand. The kids thought it was hilarious since it was an unusual and unexpected object to be considered a magic wand. I hope this helps.

I'm not much of a comedy inventer anyways... Like I said, an inventer only sees the positive in her/his invention.

A special cut that can also be a overhand shuffle cheat. Working on a reverse ACR packet effect where a card goes down a card every time with a suprise finish. Still working on this one so if anyone has any ideas... Oh, and I am going to see if I draw up plans on a bottle that dispenses a small amount of any drink called for. I'm not sure if its the same thing as Devants magic Kettle or other magic kettles

In the case of all of these, you should do a little research to see if someone else has invented all ofit before. These all sound familiar.
The work on the magic kettles is in print in many places.

Hmmm... The packet effect might have been done before but I swear I didn't hear about it and try to copy it. My magic kettle is based on the lota bowl, I wish I oculd invent something original for a change :s
