I have a few half dollars (kennedy 1964), a few silver dollars (morgan 1921), a few UK coppar coins, and two chineese coins from Johnson Products.
What gimmicked coins would you suggest for me to get to these?
A shell is of course obvious, and a few c/s coins.
I will buy these from Todd Lassen as I have heard he is the best when it comes to coins.
Any sugestions?

Of course a e] and a c/s coin like you mentioned... but I you might want to think about getting a sun moon set with e]... or a hopping half set with e]'s because you save some money and have a lot of things to play around with.

Get a Hopping Half set because it comes with an expanded half dollar ], a sun and moon, an expanded english penny ], and a regular english penny ]. To add to that, get an Ultimate Scotch and Soda. I prefer the ultimate because it is an english penny rather than a mexican centavo. That comes with a regular half dollar ]. That gives you a LOT to play around with. I also love flipper coins. Those REALLY come in handy.
Just my opinion!

Thanks for your help guys, I ordered a few sets of coins from Todd.
My wallet will be empty after this, but I know his work is worth every penny (pun intended).

From your picture, I would say that you are the most important prop in your arsenal.

This is not to change(pun intended) anyones thoughts on Todd L. or other great magic prop craftsman(or woman)
(I have several things made that add to my nearly normal personality.

I'm sorry, I don't know what I was thinking. I meant Copper and Silver. Gosh, I'm such an idiot. I prefer the Ultimate COPPER & SILVER, rather than the regular one. It uses an english penny rather than a mexican centavo. I like english pennies because I usually use them with half dollars in my routines (my version of the matrix, hopping half, etc) Sorry for the confusion!

Wow....I deserve to be shot. I was just having the worst luck yesterday. Other than the fact that I did a 2 hour show last night which turned out to be a HUGE success. Okay, so names aren't my thing, at least I can perform right.
Sincerest apologies...

Only fake coins I'd ever consider are Coin Unique and the Bitten coin which doubles for coin in bottle and finally cig thru coin. Only 3 Fake Coins to carry and if you get each in a diferent type of coin, Cig thru £1, Bitten 50p and £2-00 unique set then dead easy to find in pocket during routines to switch them in for spectators borrowed coins.

You also able to do at least a DOZEN MIND BLOWING EFFECTS (many more of course also being possible) with these 3 fakes, which in conjunction with impromutu erffects should be enough for you act.

Indeed on top of these three fakes the only other coin/note effects which I ever perform professionally are:

1) Andrew Maynes - Ghost Bills (Borrowed note thru note)

2) Ken De Courcys - ripped middle from banknote (from tricks for tavelling tricksters)

3) Banknote change (£10 to two fivers) using TT gimmick.

Those with the odd coin vanish and reproduction from nose gag thrown in are more than enough to combine in with your cards and other close up stuff.
