UK Bagshawe deck versus Koran deck

The Bagshawe deck is named after Edward Bagshawe who is known to have been the first to have put
the concept of a "banked" deck into print in 1928 in a effect entitled "A Spirit Divination" from his book "Exclusive Problems in Magic". The Al Koran Force deck, although used by Koran, was not his invention but was based on Bagshawe's concept. This is probably why they are marketing the two packs together on the same page... http://www.trickshop.com/koran_deck.html Cheers Bill Abbott PS My advice is to get the download(s) and obtain this useful knowledge into the best forcing decks in the business. BTW Kennedy's Mind Power Deck, Hilfordd's Cassandra Deck, Sheets' Flash Deck, etc. etc. all stem from this same concept to a greater or lesser degree. |

This is a very well known method surely . Its pretty much the same as the Koran deck and all those mentioned by Bill Abbott . I think the quote from Ted Lesley gives the impression it is something unusual when it has in fact been used over and over.
The effect described is also misleading . Probably worth the low price if you have never forced or fished but otherwise not worth the time it takes to read it . IMHO . |
