Sam Tabar is correct, it is explained under the name "You Can't Do as I Do" in David Pogue's Magic for Dummies (p.285-288). Pogue notes that his presentation is courtesy of his "Advisory Pantheon member" Aye Jaye.

A certain "magician" infamous for posting exposure on youtube (there's a thread devoted to him elsewhere on the Café) has not left this one untouched either.
