The Fitzkee Trilogy is great in regards to overall magic. His ideas of theatre are a little bit confined but there are a lot of other points on perfroming that are extremely helpful.

All of the books are excellent. "Magic By Misdirection" remains one of the essential books on the topic. By the way, while I recommend that you buy copies of the books, all of them are available online.
