I thought that the show was quite entertaining. I liked it that they show that the got busted on occasion.
Also, watching Jason England do those trick deals encouraged me to practice more -- da*n, he's good. Alewishus: What didn't you like about the show? |

I really can't put my finger on it. It used to be that I could find a million reasons not to like something, all rational like, but now I just trust my gut instincts. I guess it's like, now I don't just have a two position switch with reasons for liking or not, now I operate on a continum where my feelings get just as much airtime as my thoughts.
Jason England is a good guy and all, but it just didn't feel right for me. I'm sure I could come up with some reasons, but that wouldn't be true to the fact that it just didn't feel right to me. Hey, trust your instincts! A.

Sorry, I didn't thank my wife for encouraging me to 'think' with my feelings.

To me the series was too much garbage. It really didn't deal with anything clever. Maybe these guys are capable, who knows, but they are NOT showing it in the series. I know it has to be edited and re-shot and made for TV, BUT if you know the first thing about that world, this will really disappoint you. If you are looking to have some fun and watch a cool half hour story, then maybe it is for you.
To me these guys are to real cons, what Velvita cheese is to a dairy product. They look the same, they are in the same part of the store, BUT when you get right down to it, they are completley different. In every way. Depends on which one you really want to have.
