Friday I shared a program called Humor for the Helping Professional.
During the conference on Thursday, I met a delightful woman who was also a "Mother Superior". The day before my program, I was in her group during some of the afternoon groups. During my program Nigel sang "My God" a parody of My Guy by Mary Wells. (Written by my son in law and also written used in movie "Sister Act" with Whoppi Goldberg... Great minds think a like. Actually it was an easy stretch for a parody... but I digress... During my program, I spotted my new friend, and quipped... She's not heavy,......She's my mother.... Laughter was spontaneous....and good for the soul.. Later she said she was glad to be included in the program. Next month I will be returning to Sacred Heart Church and School for a FUNdraiser. I will tell them the story. Last year my wife Annette(Bernedette Annette) and I had a lot of fun while raising money for the Church. Seems like these days we are doing more of these and school programs than B/D events. Be safe and Blessed.... Harris Deutsch Laughologist

SOunds like a great day. Are you catholic? You mentioned Sacred Heart School and fundraising for the Church. We are interested in doing school shows with a faith-based message geared towards the Catholic schools. PM us if you have any advice on the subject or have done this. We would love any advice, etc.
