I would appreciate your comments about the captioned effect now being advertised.

It looks horrible! Why produce a bottle of wine at the end? Is it supposed to be that the hanky is drunk?

As I mentioned in the other thread, you should think of this as an amazing bottle production that has a cute bit to show the hanky empty and also give some extra time/reason to the hanky being there...
And yes,I believe the suggested pattern is "Why does the hank dance? because it had too much to drink". obviously this isn't a great hank animation, but if you think of it like a bottle production with extra stuff,it is much more appealing! |

I agree with Daegs. I think that the bottle production at the end is a reasonable and rational conclusion to the dancing hank effect. It provides a nice applause cue and a nice stance of the performer holding a bottle as opposed to the hankerchief simply "flying" back inside a metal briefcase. Since it is unexpected, the bottle production would create a strong magical impact. The suggested patter that the hank had too much to drink is in fact very good and provides a good punch line for some comic relief. However, I would also agree that the animations are weak. But if you are on a tight budget and do no want to spend more money for the Animiated Hank routine, this would make a reasonable and entertaining alternative.

Several thoughts:
Cesaral Magic has brought something to our fraternity with some advantages that many magicians will aplause. Don't think from the magicians point of view but from the spectator's one. The demo video and effect explanation is just a presentation idea. Use your imagination my friends: it is your best magic weapon. |
