I don't know but I have his Vol-1 of Elegant magic and it is great. A bit harder but good. Also he is a member here maybe you can get in touch with him personally.

I don't have his lecture notes , but I recommend the Genii magazine (issue 68, no. 3 ) There is a nice interview ( Btw long ) and also his handle and presentation of some effects and tecnhiques.


Easy to find , and not expensive
