Anyone know how to keep the batteries fresh? I walk around with it and tend to inadvertently turn it on. Then when it is time to use it it is dead. Any ideas on how to keep from accidently turning it on?

Unscrew the battery compartment slightly so contact isn't made if the switch is accidently turned on. The drawback is that you have to remember to tighten it again before using the pen.
I found a blister pack of eight batteries at our local Dollar Tree store. They cost ....a dollar. They may not last as long as the more expensive ones, but at 12 cents each you can afford to change them often. |
