Crazy man handcuffs is an effect that works well. For videos, try anything by Dan Harlan. He's got a few videos specifically on rubber band magic.

There is also a great ring through rubber band trick which uses the same concept as the crazy mans handcuffs. Rubber bands are great for impromptu magic!

Bernard Sim has a great rubber band link routine called "really linked".

Michael Ammar's "Classic Renditions 2" covers CMH, and a follow-on rubberband cut and restore. It is only available on VHS as far as I know. These are available from L&L Publishers, Michael Ammar's Yahoo store website, and many magic dealers.
