Ihave ordered the 3 vol 'very best of jay sankey', do you know if paperclipped is on this? I think he's put it out on a seperate dvd so I'm not sure if it's on both.
thanks PAPER-CLIPPED (DVD)

It is on this set. It's the last effect on vol. 3. It's not called Paperclipped!, though. It's called #@*&! or something like that. Like a curse word. Excellent set, by the way. If you like Sankey, you will love it.
He does a variation of Paperclipped! on Front Row Sankey that is a very nice transposition effect. Front Row is also a very good dvd.

He also gives a few other interesting ideas for it on revolutionary card magic on the peformances dvd.
If you like Sankey I would go with the Very Best of first. |

Yes and I like the version on 22 Blows because it's a completely different effect from Paperclipped! in the sense that it is pure mentalism.
I don't know if Sankey has anything out on this but how about a written prediction on the folded card? Wouldn't be that hard to do but if done right would be stunning.

I agree, still I also bought the dvd paperclipped. I think its good to have a complete explanation of the moves and its shows the possibilities.

Although a version of Paper Clipped is explained on vol. 3 of Best of Sankey, I found that the seperate video on Paper Clipped goes into more detail on certain moves and patter that can help with the effect.
You can learn the basic effect on both , but if you really like the effect (I love it), you might want to go with the original Paper Clipped rather than the version on the "Best of Sankey" DVD. You can learn from either one though. Jeff |

Ibd1Mon99 has got it. Sankey gives you enough info to go out and perform the effect with his explanation on Best#3, but the additional 'bits-o-business' he gives you on the DVD is totally worth the additional monetary investment.
