Don't get me wrong, I have always loved Slydini silks but felt that this was one of those routines that starts strong and just does not finish. Any ideas on how to finish this routine?
Jeff Pierce P.S. The only routine I have is Malones from his DVDs.

You are absolutely correct.
The Slydini book goes into more detail and has a different knot melt, followed by a knot that splits apart, and probably more. I forget. Lately I was thinking about taking Malone's begginning phase and putting it at the end once the spectators are always convinced that a real knot is put into the silks. They can see it. You can even toss the silks into the air and they stay "knotted". You put them into a spectator's hand. *wiggle your nose* and they melt apart. But I'm still not convinced of that either. I might test it out at a gig I'll be doing in a week or so. I'll be there for 4 hours so I'll have lots of time to play around with stuff. Tony Clark's DVD has this other stuff (from the Slydini book) and also has a sympathetic knots ending using wine glasses but that's not something you will want to do close-up or strolling. Bro. Paul has an ending for the right audience, and more specifically, for the right spectator. You could ask him. I have one other idea too, but it's under construction.

The ending I use for the Slydini Silks is to tie 4 knots and then put them into the spectators hand and pull them apart. Laymen go crazy. I also follow up the Slydini Silks with Splitting the Knot.

I like splitting the knot. I don't think most people read that far in the book.
I've come up with a very wonderful way to tie the knots for that. it can be done very openly and looks perfect. the tony clark dvd is a good visual to study.

I've ended it before with a bottle production from the hanks telling the audience that trying to keep these handkerchiefs tied has led me to drink.
