I don't know if you were aware of this, but Best Software, which puts out ACT has been bought by Sage Software. I don't know what this means to those of us who are users of ACT. It looks like Sage has their own CRM package. It wouldn't surprise me to see them drop one of the packages and try to get all of their customers on the other. Companies in the software business do that all the time.

I do not have any info on this, however, I absolutely love my ACT software and the templates I have created for it. It has been a big part of my business processes and I simply could not work properly without it.
