What would you do with the retired deck? throw it to garbage bin? or collect them in a special box? or something else?

You could use it to practice your Mercury (or similar) fold.

One word...CARD WARP, oops I guess that's two words. Drat! Also consider donating them to childrens treatment facilities. Cards are much appreciated by those who reside there.

I have a bag where I throw all my gaffed, odd, used packs. Every once in a while having a duplicate card can come in handy. Especially when your always bending and softening the corners to three of the cards out of every deck.
Magic is doing improbable things with odd items that, under normal circumstances, would be unnessecary and quite often undesirable.

I never throw away any thing. Old cards can be used for so many good things.... Card Warp, duplicates, 8-card brainwave.... Unless they went through the wash (then toss'em).

I use my old decks for practicing torn and restored card routines.

Hmmm looks like my tought is almost the same with you... it's a great idea to use it as gaffed card... usually I use cheap local brand card to perform card warp or torn and restored... but the card looks bad when folded, and a little bit flashy when performin torn and restored...

Same as Corey. I use them for practicing torn and restored card.
Also for replacing a card that the spectator has signed and may keep after the effect as souvenir. |

I give some to my baby daughter to play with (she loves them!). Others are used for destructive practice, and finally, I make a "trick deck". What's that, you ask?:
