Heh. I can't possibly narrow it down to a single DVD. But I was able to come up with three that I thought were the best releases of 2005.

I know that the material is from 1993, but I was glad to see the Close-Up Magic of Dan Harlan released on DVD (Early Harlan) this year.

It's a great series. I am a fan of his work. But I found too much of his material is recycled from his On The Spot and Off The Cuff videos.

By the way, I have never said that the Slydini dvd is the best dvd of the year....

however I have said its historic, which it is...and its important which it is...i had the pleasure of producing it but I'm not teh reason its important, Slydini is!
