Question.
the best trick is supposed to be last to create a climax at the end of the show. but when performing on the street and asking for a hat, you want a good hook to gather the crowd. my show is short, which is most important? should I put my best (most visual) trick first or last? |

I say you should put your best trick last because when you first start any trick you do will be amazing to laymen. You want to gather people up first. When you do your best trick last it will be what they remember and tell everyone, they wont be talking about your first trick. that's just my opinion though. good luck

While last is good. You need something to blast them with at first as well. Your closer could be a bit stronger but, don't forget about a powerful opener.

Both Magic2253711 and jasonmagic said right, but don't forget your last strong effect must be a bill trick: 98% of the people will leave you the borrowed bill... That's in case you are working for tips!

If you're doing a "Hat Show" then visit the "Sidewalk Shuffle" forum. Your answer awaits.
