Oh, why not... I'm a classic rock, no-twang country, classical, blues, and 80's music kind of guy, but I also love the Soundtrack from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. My Grandma used to play that record all the time, and the songs are fun. Go easy.... Chris

Doug - I absolutely agree with you about Herr Redbone - my kids, however, hold a different opinion.
Magical Mystifier - just last night I rattled off an inspired rendition of Port Out Starboard Home. No shame in a little Chitty Chitty Bang Bang as long as you draw the line at "Truly Scrumptious". Especially when sung as a soprano English waif. Egads. |

I was a HUGE fan of Johnny Cash... I love Johnny Cash. Last night they had a documentary showing his concert at San Quentin prison, interspersed with interviews with inmates. Fascinating. My dad had the San Quentin album when I was a child, and I got the cd a couple of years ago and there is a lot more on the cd than on the album. Great stuff!
