Hello again, Café members...
I love the chop cup, but I have never really found a good enough "plot" to make it play well for children. Until now, I hope. I´ve only tried it once in front of a real audience (this plot, that is) In Sweden, every child knows how to play "Burken" ("Can", "Bucket"). It´s a version of hide and seek. I say that when I´m alone and want to play "Burken", I play it with my ball. (Hmmm...that didn´t sound quite right in english) I drop the ball into the bucket, then I shake it to make the ball go dizzy. Now the ball should guess whether it´s in my pocket or under the bucket. Because the ball is dizzy and disoriented after the shaking, the children should help the ball. You get the idea? Please comment and/or come with more ideas about this plot. And if it´s OLD, don´t be afraid to tell me. Håkan :wavey: |
