Hi, I havent gt any of these yet, but I soon will,
on the magicbox site it says something about a new technology in air flow or something like that here... http://www.magicbox.uk.com/exec.php/prod......l/12224/ does this make the cards any different? |

Air flow is what I felt after I bought a couple of these decks of cards. Air flow from an empty wallet.
Honestly though, I see no difference (in feel or quality) from a regular deck of Tally Ho's. Someone might disagree, but that is my opinion. RevJohn |

The first release of these had very poor quality. The new release handles just like a regular deck of ho's. Just a slightly thicker stock.

They're all right... but overpriced. Just buy it for the novelty and then throw it in that drawer -- you know, the drawer -- ten minutes after you get them. They are slightly thicker than a regular deck of Tally Hos. Either way this isn't a buying decision that I think requires a lot of input, unless you plan on getting a box. I have one of each of the novelty decks (Ghosts, Vipers, Tigers), and have never used them in performance.

I really like the tally ho vipers. I think the UV500 finish makes them handle very well. They look really cool and they glow under a blacklight which is really cool looking during a performance
The only constant is change.

I have 1 Tally-Ho Viper deck still in its original packaging. Still waiting for that special moment to use it

For the layman aspect they look like they would be gaffed. but I have 3 decks myself and I love em.

I used them today. I pulled them out and spread them.. saying, "I don't even have to do trick. I just lay them out, the audience says, "ahhhhhh." and then I put them away!

I'd like at least one deck of each of the circle back and fan back, just to have.

I dislike them. I bought one for the novelty, used them once, hated how they felt and threw them into a draw. Bicycle and your average Tally Ho deck suit me just fine.

I thought the tigers lasted a big longer but I didn't like using them for the fact that any spectator I showed them to I had to explain for 30 seconds how this is still a real deck and is not a trick one. I just use reg bikes now but mainly becasue of the cost.
you can fool all of the people some of the time and some of the people all the time but never all of the people all the time.

I agree, they look TOO good, they apear fake to laymen, I think I will stick to regular tally-ho's and bikes, but its still nice to have them for the experience.

Best cards I own and I currently have about 45 decks, all diff brands.
Vipers are the best. I did just order some Masters which I'm expecting good things from as well. |

I too don't use them, but have them on my shelf to look at. Personally, I don't like the black/silver finish as well as the Tiger's black/white. But that's just personal taste. Nevertheless, it means that IF I were to use black cards a lot (which I don't), I would choose the Tigers over Vipers.
Of course, the Tigers' finish comes off on the sides, meaning they would end up being expensive, too. As far as the finish goes: I detect no difference in FEEL, but ALL the illusionist decks glow under a black light. This I find cool. Gruss, Jeff Goettingen |

I completely agree with stoneunhinged, I prefer tigers over these any day. most people are gonna buy them since there "cool" honestly I hate them. I used them for like 30mins and have never used them since really. don't look that good but in pics they do. basily black tallys as are tigers black bikes. only diffrent cards are ghosts which are just thicker. same as masters, just thicker. and yet they call thickness a brand new finish technology.....
