Thanks for the great reviews.
Here are a couple of things I want to share.
1) my method was prompted by a conversation with David Berglas, after years of using Goldstein’s (Maven didn’t author it), Phantini’s and Dean’s approaches.
It was David who got my mind working in an entirely different direction from the others.
Without David’s insight, there would be no E’voke. Now I’ve used it almost daily for over 15 years.
Thanks David; the master mentalist of our age!
2) E’voke is out of print, however I find occasional copies on eBay.
3) E’voke (as well as all other of the 30 booklets I published) has never been released as a PDF.
Any e-books of my material is pirated and therefore a stolen and illegal copy.
Still, the e-copies are out there and if you can’t find a legitimate copy I see no reason not to download the pirated one and print out your own.
Just PLEASE don’t pay anyone for pirated matetisl.
Mix and match techniques, find what fits your personality and have fun.

BTW, I’ve had a great deal of success with a bold technique I first published in Nostrum Newspaper.
It must be done quickly and with unfaltering confidence.
In NN there were about two dozen folded papers torn from the news.
You quickly divide them into two piles and tell the subject to chose one.
You have one paper visually marked and whatever the subject indicates you ignore!
Simply sweep the pile without your Force paper off the table.
Lather, rinse, repeat.
Until you’re down to 2 papers, then use the powerful Stetson script from E’voke (or any other that works for you).
Anyone can do a strong 2 item equivocation.
You’re moving so quickly and determinately that the subject can’t follow whether his selection is eliminated or retained.
I know... sounds crazy, but with the aforementioned confidence it plays really well.
At any rate, give it a try.

One more reference.
In Cellular Mitosis (the father of the cell phone wizard trick) I explained a rather bold but efficient verbal force.
From a phone book (what’s that?) or a list of recent calls to my friends or associates, the subject merely picked one!
That’s it. But he always picked the force assistant.
It’s bold, but again, it’s worked for over 15 years!
So, to keep from sharing it with normies who can access this thread without constraints, let’s just say take a look at the original trick.
And if you’re in the know, let’s not reveal the wonderful method aloud.
I use the original CM often and would hate to have it ruined.
I bring up this method to illustrate my belief that we may work much too hard.
A free choice, a force... to a lay person there should be no difference.
And often a choice may be of no significance to them.
“Choose either the red deck or the blue. I will use the other deck.” may have absolutely no value to the audience.
I think some times we do it because we can, which may not be a good thing.
Enjoy

IAIN, in memory of Uncle Bob Cassidy, I suggest you add to your list the verb “lick”.

E'voque is also my favorite approach.
