What's your best "packs small, plays big" effect/routine that you do for children. Right now I've been doing the gypsy thread trick with dental floss. It gets more oooohs and ahhhhhs than some of the bigger stuff I haul around.

I love the dental floss GT routine too. Its power is in the storytelling.

What's Next with the dots. Sure it seems small but I have performed this in living rooms all the way to stage shows and they love it where ever I perform it!

The Bongo Hat and nesting wands using Mark Lewis' routine. It is almost ten minutes of solid entertainment that plays like a house on fire for the kids and the adults.
That guy is a genius. Best, Dan- "MT is one of the reasons we started this board! I’m so sick of posts being deleted without any reason given, and by unknown people at that." - Steve Brooks Sep 7, 2001 8:38pm ©1999-2014 Daniel Denney all rights reserved. |

These all pack small (or flat) and play big:
Run Rabbit Run Hippity Hoppity Rabbits Rope Routine Sponge Ball routine (if by playing big you mean getting a great reaction) |

A plunger (small) and a juggling ring. Fills the whole stage with my routine. Although I need myself as a prop and I don't pack so flat. I have a bit of a tummy on me!

I got the bald head. Might as well use it!
I call it Human Ringtoss, although no human's are tossed. But there is a lot bits and bites that you can use with it. And darn it, every kid wants to try and I get a pretty good hickey on my head. |

MagicalOdyssey,
The version I have is called "What's Next?" I know there are many versions of this trick out there. That is the one I have and I love it! Lucas |
