Who will win the Superbowl this time?
I think I will choose the Patriots again this year.... Your chances will improve if you post after the 7th..... ...

You never know, Joseph. That's why they play the games. It's wide open this year. Although I did hear someone say (an ESPN guy, I think) that if the Colts don't win it all this year, they have no one to blame but themselves.
Maybe the better question would be who WON'T win the Super Bowl this year? Cincinnati.

I hate to burst the Bear Bubble, but, man, in order to win a game in the NFL, you have to be able to score some points! I can't even see the Bears winning their first game. Homefield advantage?Yes. Great defense?Yes. Offense that can score? No.
Sorry.

I hear you Mstick. I only picked the Bears in the NFC because its open for any of them. Defense wins games in the NFL as Pitching wins games in MLB. The Raven won a Superbowl a couple of years back with a defense and mediocre offense.
Seattle is the obvious pick in the NFC but I have a feeling if you stop Alexander, you stop Seattle. |

It's a good thing that the Redskins have some semblence of a defense, cause they certainly don't have an offense. The team scored 17 points and the defense was practically responsible for all 17. That ain't gonna cut it against Seattle. I don't care how good of a coach Joe Gibbs and Gregg Williams is.

Well, da Bears got da Panthers, and I wouldn't be surprised if Carolina goes into Soldier Field and marches out of there with a win. They looked pretty good today. Of course, the Giants did not look pretty good today.
So, who knows? It could go either way, but Chicago is going to have their hands full.

Well, at least the Browns will be able to rest us for next season with no postseason to upset them.

Indianapolis vs. Seattle in the SuperBowl and anyone could win this one but I’ll go with Indy.
New England should lose this week they have always been overrated anyways, they should never have been at, much less won their first Superbowl, that was a fumble in the snow that year and when they got to the bowl they were allowed to cheat the entire time and still barely won the game. On top of the refs always being on their side they play in one of, if not THE, weakest divisions in all of football, sad. I imagine Pittsburg will do better this go round but not to much, good thing for them (and coach chin) that they have seen them once already otherwise they would have to take the pounding they took in the first game. Indy will still thump them, probably more likely in the 3rd and 4th quarter as they get back in “the groove” of things. Seattle should handle Washington. With all of Carolina’s playoff experience it seems to me Da Bears will be reduced to teddys, I’m going with Carolina. Of course all these predictions (pun intended) are predicated on nobody getting injured and the refs not screwing anything up to bad (good luck on that one the refs in the NFL are the worst in all of sports, easy.)
