I tried a search, but couldn't find the answer, sooooo....
Does Leathal Tender come with a Bicycle card? The one I saw in the demo looked like some no-name bridge-sized thingy. And if it doesn't, anyone know where I could get the same gimmick in Bicycle? Would I have to have one specially made? Thanks in advance! -Reis |

Try Roy Kueppers, Kueppers Magic . He makes coin gaffs out of Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. He makes lethal tender in US and Canadian versions using a bike card. Also has a very nice line of coins. I own quite a few of his coins and love them. Good luck.

A seperate question about lethal tender. I have had this for years and love it but it finally gave out. The little thingy fell off (if you own it you know what I mean) I can't semm to get it to go back on. Super glue didn't work, nor did super glue gel. I even tried sanding it to make it rougher. Any suggestions? Do I just need to get another one. As for the card, I second http://www.themagicwarehouse.com.

Travis,
There is a product called E6000 that is some of the strongest glue you will ever find. It sticks just about anything to anything. Put a TINY (read TTIINNYY) drop on one piece, make sure it is in the right position, then sit it in a well ventilated area for a day to cure. That should do it for the life of the coin. You can get E6000 at Wal-Mart and most craft stores. |

Thanks for the help guys! Now that I know what the card gimmick is, it turns out that I already have a couple. I thought maybe the LT gimmick was something a little different, but I guess not. So now I can order the trick! Yayyyyy!!!!
thanks again everyone! -Reis |

Hi, lethal tender was one of the first dealer items I bought. I still use it.. a much stronger, and more logical approach is to hide the shim card in the inner sleeve of the wallet. and tap the coin with the wallet instead. it also leads into some nice patter about the metamorphosis illusion.
if you prefer the original method..to shim a bycice card just glue a razor blade between 2 cards and place between the pages of a large book for a couple of hours. hope this helps, trev. |

Thought so...Thanks Larry. Dusheck is a pretty remarkable guy, what a mind for magic he has. He should be millionaire many times over from all the great stuff he's invented.

Hey guys, the magnetic card that comes with Lethal Tender is junk. Throw it away and get a dollar bill and glue a rare earth magnet in the center (cut head off another bill and put in between. I e-mail Dusheck several years ago about using money with this trick instead of a playing card. Why would you use a card with a money trick. My friends never used their Lethal Tender until I fixed a bill for
them. After using a dollar bill, you will love this trick and carry it in your billfold from now on. |

The gaffed dollar bill is a good ida. However don't carry a magnetic card or bill in your billfold. Your credit cards and other cards with a magnetic strip including your NYC Metro Card will have their data erased or corrupted. On board a cruise ship I accidentally placed a magnetic coin in the pocket where my ship's pass was located. Suddenly, I couldn't open the door. Had to go to the main desk and have the data reloaded.
