Does this issue have any real value?

No real collectible value. Of course it is the 1st volume of a 3 volume set. It does contain some great stuff, but valuable no..You should be able to sell it easily enough though..What else did you find is the next question ?

Is is a true issue number one.
Not the volume # one.

My misstake for not being clear.

Also found a Thurston card with Jane on one side and Howard on the other.

And a Vernon manuscript.

Not sure of the value, but it is not that much as I also had that issue and wound up selling it along with some consecutive issues and as I recall I did not get very much at all, as I recall there were actually 2 volume 1 # 1 of jinx (something weird). Now the Thurston card would be interesting and the Vernon manuscript. Are you wanting to sell or just get a price?
