Here are some mathmatical facts about Friday the 13th.

There are at least one a year, and never more than three.

The first day of the month will always be a Sunday.

The first day of the month before will never be on a Monday, Thuesday, or Wednessday.

If the New Years is on a

Sunday, January, and October will have a Friday the 13th.

Monday, April, July, will have a Friday the 13th.

Tuesday, September and December will have a Friday the 13th.

Wednessday, Only July will have a Friday the 13th.

Thursday, Febuary, March, and November will have a Friday the 13th.

Friday, Only August will have a Friday the 13th.

Saturday, Only May will have a Friday the 13th.


If a Leap Year.

If New Years is on a

Sunday, Janaury, April, and July will have a Friday the 13th.

Monday, September and December will have a Friday the 13th.

Tuesday, Only July will have a Friday the 13th.

Wednessday, March, and November will have a Friday the 13th.

Thursday, Febuary and August will have a Friday the 13th.

Friday, Only March will have a Friday the 13th.

Saturday, Only October will have a Friday the 13th in it.

Friday 13th is more common to other days, e.g. Sunday 5th or Tuesday 6th.

OK guys .. I love this information and I once used a force to get 13 (On a radio show), but I can't for the life of me remember it. I did it remotely and I was not on the show.... Any help remembering the source ??? Not fishing ... just AGING!!!! Smile

I don't know what you may have used before, but here are some ideas:

1) Do any bit where their math boils down to 9 via the digital root process, then have them add 4 as the last step.

2) Check out Phil Goldstein's Redivider, especially "Never Odd or Even AKA I Prefer Pi".

I do have that book and I've never used it once ... THANKS!!!! I thought that I had something different but for the life of me I can't find it. I think it was a radio show but I don't have hours to go through them all ... Oh well.. Thanks again!
