Chris Marshall (Uncle Jay's Grandson) sent me
the 457/500 print of Sallas drawing of the original
roundtable members.

The first time I saw this was when we were at Marhall
(Brodien's) house and he had one in a frame.
It comes with a numbered guide of who's who on the
map of magicians.

Anyway, For me, more or less its
FIND MY DAD!

But the multitude of magicians who belonged to it,
is amazing.

Anywho, I recieved it in the mail unexpectedly after
I talked to Chris on the phone over the holidays. Asking
about what they were going to do with all those
autograph photos that Jay had on the wall at one time.
And this print came up.

I went to my PO box and saw my yellow card. Saw them
bring the box out and it said on the side:
12 Harry Potter Magic Wands.

I sorta went huh? and then saw Magic Inc on the label
address to me. With my first name spelled right....
10,000 points for Chris. As he should know how to spell
my first name you know???

In it was a note, the print with the name sheet and wrapped
around it was a chinese tea cozy all wrapped in red
tissue paper.

I was like AWWWWWW!
:D

We stopped at Borders and let my dad look for himself
and try to recognize all the magicians he could.
AND HE COULD!

Then you have challenge of figuring out who's still alive...

Like two people I think we figured on.

Dad and Aunt Betty.

That's makes me sad.
:(

More later.

For those who were at Jay's Memorial Service last year
in May. Might remember me talking about the Chicago
Roundtable...I was referring to what I wrote.

I have a copy of the "Roundtable"...It is an amazing collection of magicians. I often wondered how many greats were still with us. Thank you for reminding me of how special each and every day is. Best wishes to you and your family.
