There are a few old magic movies to Like Eternally Yours, Paul LePaul was the guy that staged the magic and Fred Keating was in it as a MC in a night club.

There was a made for TV movie called the Shell Game that was put on right after the Sting got popular. It was one of those movies about a good guy ex con artist going after a big mob boss. John Davidson was the lead actor.

Some of my favorite movies are Boston Blackie with Chester Morris.

Theres also a canadian made movie called Luck (2002) which was about gambling as well... It was my hands that was used to do the chip handling during the poker and dice scenes in the movie...I havent even seen the movie myself...lol

Not that well known, and critically acclaimed is Phillip Seymour Hoffman in "Owning Mahowney"

Three or four years old, and every bit as good as his "Capote" portrayal, this movie is about gambling and nothing but gambling.

It's a true story to boot. A Canadian bank vice president with access to hundreds of millions of dollars with just his signature discovers Atlantic City and Las Vegas and becomes the definition of a high roller.

All true and an amazing look into gambling when it stops being about winning, and becomes only about "making the hazard".

There is a new movie coming out later this year I belive sometime that deals with poker. I read about it in card player magazine

I'm with expert magician, I love House of Games. I'm a Mamet fan. I also like the Spanish prisoner. Heist was good but definitely not his best. Let's see...I enjoyed Confidence with ed burns, and matchstick men as well.
