One gangster goes up to a guy on the street and says "Put'em down!!"
The man says "Put'em down?? don't you mean put'em up??!" The Gangster says "No wonder I haven't made any money today!" S. Patrick |

Two Gangster breaks into a bank, they hear a voice that says "I see you and Jesus sees you too.", one says to another "Do you hear that?" Other one says "It's nothing." Then they continue, the voice says again " I see you and Jesus sees you too." They looked, and saw a Parot. So they think nothing of it, and then continue. They hear it agian, this time louder. They spot their flashlights agian, seeing the Parot and a big dog. Then the proceded, and then the voice says "Sick em Jesus."

Themed shows can be fun to create and share.
Creating a character and being consistent with it throughout the show is an interesting process. My show is uses more than one character. Transitions are made with simple costumes,hats..(love yours in the avatar) wigs, music and of course props. There was a magician at the 2003 IBM big convention that did a Gangster Bit. It could have been Danny Archer..Others around the world and a few here at the Café also have tried on that role. Nearly Normal Ideas. 1. Voice that does NOT match the typical ganster 2. Using a chair with a back to simulate being behind bars 3. Reel magic to change horizontal striped silk to Horizontal again simulating being behind bars 4. Use of gypsy switch (or just bobo switch) to change a bar of small soap into handcuff key. 5. Handcuff escape bit... Be safe, well and creative. Enjoy the process and keep adapting and your act will grow as you do. Harris "Growing and Glowing" Deutsch Laughologist

I perform a Western themed show called the WACKY WILD WEST SHOW, mixed with Magic & Music played in a comical style on the Guitar & Kaoo. I even have everything loaded in my little covered wagon.
You can check it out at,,,,, http://www.rednoseranch.com/WWWS Best of Luck in creating the Comedy Gangster Show and what better place to build it than the Café.
