Also, there's "Beat 'Em, Cheat 'Em, Leave 'Em Bleedin'" by Bob Farmer.

Also, try looking in back issues of MAGIC and Genii magazines for his Flim-Flam columns!

Didn't Harry Anderson turn one out? Also Penn and Teller?

I think Simon Lovell's book "Million Dollar Bunko" has some great proposition bets in there. It's worth a read.

Harry Anderson's book, which I highly recommend is "Games You Can't Lose." By the way, that is the first half of the book. The second half is called "Games You Can't Win" and covers casino and carnival games.

100 ways to win a tenner by Paul Zenon is a great little book for bar bets!

It also includes a few snooker tricks which can also win you money. I really like those!

Second to Lovell's book -- but it's called "Billion Dollar Bunko"

A small point, but it may help in the searching for it.

And try to find free shipping -- the thing weighs a ton!

Many years ago, Henny Youngman wrote a little book called "Bar bets, bar Jokes, and Bar tricks" which you might want to check out (you could probably find a cheap used copy).

You should get a lot of mileage out of "100 ways to win a tenner" by Paul Zenon and "Games You Can't Lose" by Harry Anderson, as mentioned above.

Also, the booklets "Wanna Bet" by Frances Marshall and Nick Trost's "Expert Gambling Tricks" are very good (if you can find them).

And don't forget the great wealth of info right here on this forum. Smile

I believe Simons book was released last month in a paper back version for just a bit over $10 under a different name. Look it up under Simon Lovell.

Simons' Book is still available (amazon). Unfortunately most of the others are not. If anyone knows of other sources for Betcha books, or good websites. Please post'em
Thanks
Charlie

Simon's book is now called "How To Cheat AT Everything". It costs me $30AUD and is way underpriced. It has about 20 prop bets in it.

As a beginner I definitely second Zenon's book. Really nice mix of cards, matches, pool and not only bar-related cons. It's a giveaway at $10 or so at any online bookstore. Check for the US title though: 100 ways to win a ten-spot...
(the old UK title does not seem to be available anymore)
