Ok... I'm not exactly a newbie... but this is a question that would probably benefit newbies, plus... I'm looking for other sources for tricks.

Where do you buy your magic online?

My favorite places are currently:

thetrickery.com (it's nearby and I get tricks in a day)
hocus-pocus.com

Any other good sources?

These days, I go to MJMMagic.com/ From time to time, I will shop at PenguinMagic, Ellustionist, L&L Publishing, Hank Lee, and other places for specality wallets. I also like to purchase directly from the maker or inventor of the magic items directly.

Well. most of the time I buy from net. Hank lee is, in general, my supplier, but I also used to buy from Magic Dan, Magic Pro Shop and The Trickery.
I cannot say who is the cheapest, its diferent for every product. But they all have some exclusive products, so its good to check more than one company, at least from time to time.

Usually I go to my local shops (Denny And Lee's and Planet Mirth). If I can't find what I need there, I shop at Penguin.

The Magic Warehouse and even though I don't agree with certain things Penguin do, I still shop there from time to time.

If in Canada, http://www.browsersden.com is good. Garunteed to be here within five days if you live in Canada. I should be getting my stuff when my mom comes back from the post office. Alto, it WAS supposed to be here yesterday. But usually they are very reliable.

I live in canada.the best place to order from with the best customer service is by far the spookclub.free shipping.if you want your order in 2-3 days(in canada) it's only ten bucks. and the owner will try his best to get you anything in his catalogue.and he get's the real hot items too.

I always try to support my local shops. Too many of the old shops are closing down. Even if I see something I like “On Line” I can have my local shop order it for me. I have found a great shop right in my own back yard. Magic Galore in Westminster, CA is a fine shop and Ken is very helpful. This shop is a 10 min walk from my house. IF you don’t have a local magic shop then going on line is your next best option. All of the links in this thread are good shops.

Good Luck!!!

I prefer bricks-and-mortar shops. You can see the tricks done in person, there's no shipping and handling, you get it as soon as you buy it, and sometimes they'll even teach you how to do the tricks.
For those who believe, no explanation is necessary. For those who do not, none will suffice.
