Justin Miller talks a bit about doing Mindbender on the spectator's hand. It takes a bit of audience control, though.

4 great routines are:
Scotch and soda; English Penney (even though done in your hand only); Magic coin box (killer in my opinion and cheap to buy); Sinful (coin in can) with same coin used in magic coin box effect. Some of these are not actually done in specs hand, but some part of the effect requires that they handle the effect to some extent. Bob |

Liquid Metal is a fork bending routine that is done in the spectators hand that seems to get good results. I'm currently learning it.

I would have so say that Dime and Penny is close to being the best in the hands magic trick. Why? Because two coins clearly go into the spectator's hand. And only one coin comes out.
