I have read lots of materials regarding embedded commands, and I wanted to know if it really works. How many commands do I need to implement in order to make a person want something or do something? I am talking about covert hypnosis - the subject is fully alert and aware.
I also read an article about subliminal messaging, where they monitored people's behavior after listening to subliminal commands played in the background. It was in fact a message telling them "buy more coca-cola" or something. Consciously, you cannot hear that, so they researched the effect of this soundtrack on the subconscious mind, and therefore, the people's behavior. The conclusion was that there was no effect at all, or very minimal effect. My question is: if subliminal audio programming doesn't work, why should embedded commands work? It relies on the same principle, non-audible commands, that only the subconscious can understand and follow, so it bypasses the critical factor. If this is such a breakthrough technique, why don't we see people just go out and manifest others on the spot with embedded commands? What are the environmental conditions that embedded commands do no work? I would also like to hear tips for using this technique. Thanks. |

Well, as with everything in hypnosis, it is about HOW it's used and the level of rapport. Embedded commands, like talking in quotes, is an effective tool on an unconscious level.
But as you find that you begin to TRY using embedded comands. See what happens. The other day a woman said to me, "It's easier to talk about it and wonder how successful it will be." But I think it is SO much easier to Go ahead and try it for yourself and see how successful it will be. And as you read these words, what makes you think you can Really begin to feel good about the idea of using embedded commands with ambiguity can have many meanings occur in the blink of an eye is all it takes to let out a deep breath and feel relaxed......Now.

Unlike subliminal messages, make sure they 'get' the embedded commands you're giving them, but in such a way that almost seems accidental to the point you were making. In other words, let them know about it, but don't let see any reason to guard against it or challenge it.

Lol I like the way you think.
One thing, though...when you used the word 'TRY', wouldn't that imply that it won't happen? ------------------------------------------------------------ "Don't |use embedded commands |too quickly to |improve your life now|. " I think you'll agree that this sounds better, don't you think? (lol What a poor attempt at adding a tag question.) |

It might, or not. Then again, if one was to try in vain to avoid trying the use of embedded commands it would still be more valuable than never having tried, would it not?
Either way- one has to wonder with some amusement, if the original poster took heed of the suggestions in one way or another and gave the use of embedded commands a try. Where is Uncle Milty when we need him? Probably still in Arizona walking squah peek.... But yes, there are many ways to do it all right and not so many ways to do it wrong and even those can still be effective, now.

One major difference between embedded commands and subliminals is that embedded commands are audible. Subliminals, the kind that got tested, at least, aren't audible. If you can't physically hear them, they'll have no effect. Just like if you can't see, flashing words on a screen at you will do nothing. Embedded commands are audible, but they bypass the conscious mind and go straight to you're unconscious.
It works akin to priming in psychology; if you are shown a picture of a man scratching his nose, for example, you are primed to that picture. Later on, when the psychologist shows you a series of pictures and asks you to .pick the one you .know is the one he showed you earlier, statistically speaking, .you'll pick the nose one. Now. This is merely .scratching the surface of what we .know about the mind and how it .knows to carry out the commands it only hears unconsciously, while the conscious mind is busy .scratching away at the surface meaning. I know I certainly have an .itch to .know, more and more, how this all works. Don't you? PS. I have to wince when trying to do this in writing, especially when the more subtle methods like font size/face differences aren't really available--I'm one of those people that compulsively use good spelling and grammar. |
