Drat! I would have loved to win some wonderful swiss chocolate but I'm not sure. I would have wildly guessed Linda Blair in The Exorcist. It could also be Emily Rose.

I think it can't be Linda Blair, that film was in Color, and also the line in the subtitles doesn't come from that film.

This is most def not a recent movie. By recent, I mean the last 20 years! My guess is that it comes from some old, obscure foreign language/silent film (Because of the subs) Mogwai maybe telling us where you obtained the still might make things a little easier.
