Thanks for the comments everyone,
Magicman226, There are a lot of sources. Dan and Dave "The System" is a good DVD, though it can be a little hard to learn from. It teaches the moves by slowing it down, instead of having any narration. Brian Tudor has some decent DVDs. De'vo has several too, but they're expensive. As for books, the best by far is, "The Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes." Hundreds of flourishes and thousands of pictures. I'm more of a magician than a flourisher, but a lot of the guys in the video are amazing. It has Jeff McBride, Brian Tudor, Bobby (Bhasbun from dananddave.com), Mike (From superhandz), Andrew, David Kong, Stephen (Baconsizzler from dananddave.com), myself, and Lee (In the sunglasses). Thanks again, Shane Wiker |

Get Xtreme Beginners (http://www.handlordz.de) to start with.
Then I recommend getting CTG (See link abouve). Then the System (http://www.dananddave.com). You should also get Encyclopedia of playing card flourishes. By Jerry P Cestkowski. Also get Generation Extreme.

Can it be done with small hands?

Yeah, it can be done with midget hands aswell as plate-hands. I would say it might take a bit more practice with smaller hands though.
