The Café imagery with steaming coffee is appealing to me. I like the idea of a virtual Café where magicians hang out.
Unfortunately, I find that certain discussions, which I'm sure would naturally be a part of a magic Café, are less welcome here in its virtual counterpart. Should the discussions here be restricted to beginners asking those more experienced what to do and what to buy? I think that this is fine, however, I also think that magicians should be less surprised when "experienced magicians" just sit back, relax with a nice cup of steaming coffee and compare and contrast our favourite card men. sincerely, Magicfish. |

Good question, magicfish. Interesting "natural" discussion appeals to me. I don't think topics should be restricted in the way you mentioned above. Are they? Maybe I'm not hanging out at the right tables.
