Can anyone here recommend any books about rope tricks. I'm interested in the Kellar rope tie but I'd also like to find out about other tricks. Ideally I want books that are good on presentation ideas.

Get the Tabary DVD set for some great rope magic...Don't recall any rope ties on it however the Gypsy Rope Tie is on the Falkenstein and Willard DVD performance and explanation..not sure which volume.

You might try the Search Function and focus on the Ropes section of the Café'. It is full of discussion on this very topic.

Tabary's DVD's may be good from a technical point of view, but I would hardly recommend them for their presentational value, as Kylie was looking for. Daryl, Aldo Colombini, and Richard Sanders have videos with some eye-popping routines, that also include nice verbal presentations.

I agree with Keith.
I hope you encounter George Sands in your Rope Tricks quest. Good Luck! |

Check out Whit Hayden, he has great rope routines.
Use the search feature on the Café. He has posted some videos.
