My favorite book for craps moves is "Dice: Squares, Tops and Shapes" by William Burton.
For cups moves "Eddie Fechter's Dice Holdout Methods For Magician" by Jerry Mentzer. For backgammon moves "Cheating At Gin & Backgammon" by George Joseph. To know what should a move look like "Steve Forte's Gambling Protection Series Volume 4" by Steve Forte. |

That's a different store. A good one, but it's not Gamblers General Store. They're at http://www.gamblersgeneralstore.com
The Gamblers Book Club has been around for years, and is known as the (re)publisher of many hard to find books, including Erdnase. Gfunk13, you might have to actually call the General Store. Their website doesn't carry everything they have in stock.

Woops!
Thanks for correcting me. I obviously didn't double check that post. At any rate, I seem to remember the GBC selling the tapes by the volume. I guess, as I proved just above, that I could be wrong. CC |

Dave and CC, both places sell them individually.

In what game would you like to know dice moves for? It would be silly to learn moves and not know what games its good for...

Yes.
It's a small booklet that was published in Las Vegas in 1959. It covers the different types of crooked dice that are (or were) available at the time. You can find the exact same information (more or less) in the Burton Williams book, Dice: Squares, Tops and Shapes. Jason

Thanks Jason, that will be much easier to find than the author-less booklet. Do you know if there has been anything released with more up to date information. Or perhaps something more comprehansive on the subject?
Thanks again. |

92,
Not really. Gaffed dice methods and varieties haven't really changed all that much in the past 50 or so years. They've had shapes, tops, double-number dies, weight, and mag-work since the turn of the century. Apart from a very small amount of additional specialty gaffs (some of which are undoubtedly sucker work), that about covers it. The Burton Williams book covers all of that stuff and does it in a very accessible way. Track it down. Shouldn't cost you more than $10.00. Jason

There are new materials coming out all the time though and although the techniques are old new and better materials might be worth looking into.
