There are pro's and con's to this idea. Sometimes a book is a representation of not only the routines in the book, but the pathway the author took to get there. Final Curtain is a book like that. You get the book, and you get an idea of where Borodin started, what he went through and where he is now.
On the other hand, because he knows that there are some people who would only be interested in one or two of the ideas in the book, he is getting ready to release selected pieces from the book in limited editions with the props and everything. The good thing about the book is that there are 36 routines in it. And there are things in there that will appeal to everyone who is capable of doing that kind of magic. You are free to adapt the ideas in it to fit your own personality and capabilities. I think I'll probably get Doug to make up a finger to use for "Hustler Bill" instead of the chicken bone that Borodin uses. It would be so much grosser!
