Did you have experience when someone ask you for making "most specials balloon sculpture"? what did you do and what they responded?

I don't understand the question. Do you mean to make something and not know how to do so or do you mean something that is a tribute to their mother or something?

Sorry for confused. The question was if you twisted many single or multi-balloons with very impress sculpture, but still your customers asked if you can make something very special which he or she never seen it before? what did you do and how did make them feel entertaining? Just share your experience or your ideas! how do you handle these?
