I was thinking....A man takes a half dollar in his open left hand and a face down playing card in his right hand. He very fairly covers the coin in his left hand. He then shows the coin once more and now shows the face of the card to be a 10clubs. He covers the coin once again with the card and holds it in place with his left thumb on top...Slides out the card as he closes his hand tighter and turns his left hand palm down. He places the card face down on the table, winks at the specs, and opens his left hand to pour out 10 little pieces of clubs. When the card is turned face up the coin is there "pictured" on the now blank card. The clubs and coin have exchanged dimensions....Hmmmmmmmm, how would you do this? Just asking...

Only if the ten pieces of clubs are bits of a golf club lol! Sounds good though.

I have a few ideas, but this should go to secret sessions, shouldn't it?

Okay, this may not get you all the way there, but it's a start. The pips are cut from a shim. The coin has the obvious gaff that will hold out the pile of pips for you. The last remaining task is to swap cards.

Maybe you needn't use 2 [s, couldn't you use a move similar to the okito box toss, if that makes sense!

Agreed about using the coin to pick up the shimmed gaffed parts that make the face of the card and conceal the image. The coin could then go away by means of now-u-see-it...
...to all the coins I've dropped here

MB, check this out if you need cards w/ halves printed on them.

I'm thinking doubled card and a sort of Alpha Toss for the card change.
Pips could be between the two cards.
I just thought of a gaff called (I think) "Acro Card". This could contain the pips and change quickly. Add the "now-u-see-it" as JT mentioned and it should work.

By the way. Does anyone know if the effect "Blink" uses the same principle as "Acro Card"?

Acro Card would have to be custom made with a coin on it.

Jaz,
I believe it does but have no proof to the hypothesis.

I just read the problem and figure this, simply hold out nuci and pips in fngrpm. Use acro as above and reel the spectators in with a well told performance as you throw the appropriate switches. Any questions, pm me.
