Has anybody purchased the complete Magic City Library of Magic, the set with all 20 pamphlets in the slipcase? I see it's available here:
http://www.magic.org/store/product_info.php?products_id=3879 for $60 ppd., which is only $3 a book. Here are the booklets in the set: Quote:
Volume 1:Rope Magic I have the Sponge Balls book (Volume 9, 30 pages) from when I was doing magic 15 years ago, and it seems to be a pretty good introduction to the subject. I was wondering if the other books are of about the same quality? Thanks.

I have a lot of the booklets from the Magic City series and they are all great introductions to the given effects. Each one contains multiple routines for each. I think it would make a great addition to your library.

Thanks, Mark. I will sneak this one onto my 'Want to Buy' list. Along with the 1,000 other things on there so far. Frankly, I just wanted someone else to blame for making me add it to the list.

I've sold a lot of these in the past and can tell you that there is lot of valuable material here and the best deal IS the entire set at once. Best,
